Tylenol has a program called “Keep Moving”. This program focuses on exercise, nutrition, health, active living and more. If you register for the program (it’s FREE), you’ll receive a FREE exercise DVD and pedometer. Limit one offer per household. Allow 6-8 weeks for delivery.

Also, MyTrueFit.com is offering a FREE tape measure! Just click here and let them know your body measurements. After doing so, check the box that states, “Please send me a FREE fit kit and soft measuring tape” and then a drop down address form will pop up for you to fill out.
