If you have purchased Eclipse gum with the words ‘Natural Germ Killing‘ on it, you may be entitled to up to a $10 check! The gum really isn’t Natural Germ Killing, so they are in the middle of a class action lawsuit.
Those that purchased the gum between June 1, 2008 and now are eligible. You can get a $5 check by submitting a claim or you can get $10 by submitting the claim form and proof of purchase.
