To print the rebate form, just login to the Healthy Essentials website and click on the Product Coupons tab.
The $50 that you have to spend is before coupons are deducted. You should be able to get some great deals by using coupons on your purchase, and by using rewards programs like Register Rewards or ExtraCare Bucks. Or, wait for a Target gift card deal to roll around. 🙂
The $50 purchase requirement does not need to be on one receipt, so make sure you save your receipts and circle the qualifying items. This rebate will need to be sent in by October 31, 2012.
