Once you’ve rounded up 3 codes, you’ll just need to go to the link below, enter your birthday, and then enter the three one time use codes. Please keep in mind codes must be entered all at once to qualify for the $10 certificate. Your Bonus Bucks certificate will arrive via 1st Class US Mail in approximately 4 to 6 weeks.
