I bought this, took 11 days to get it then microsoft tells me they console does not contain a warranty then to make matters worse I go down to my TV and hook it up and the POS company sent me a broken NEW xbox. Amazing work? WTF!!!!!

  I am so sorry to hear about this experience, Tim! I would try contacting Cowboom again and see what they will do. If the situation still is not resolved, I would file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.
